Happy Memorial Day!

I love our cul-de-sac! Saturday night neighbors brought out flags and stuck them in the ground--a reminder of what this holiday was about. The owner of our house, Katie's husband had been overseas for the military and when he came home she gave out flags so that the whole street would be lined with them! The neighbors bring them out for memorial day and fourth of July and I think it looks so sweet. We're the only street around to do this too! And miraculously, the kids leave them alone! Our neighbor Scott wanted this pic, but I thought I'd share.
